USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Upon Receiving the Cake

•    ✓ When receiving the 9 Sach durian cake, it can be enjoyed immediately.
•    ✓ Note: The cake should only be kept at room temperature for a maximum of 40 minutes to ensure its quality and freshness.
•    ✓ If not consumed immediately, the cake should be stored in the refrigerator (chiller or freezer) to maintain the best quality. (The cake contains no preservatives.)

2. Freezer Storage

•    ✓ Unopened cakes can be stored in the freezer for up to 90 days if kept at the proper temperature.
•    ✓ The storage period is calculated from the production date printed on the product label.
•    ✓ After opening, if the cake is not fully consumed, it should be tightly covered or carefully wrapped and stored again in the freezer. However, the storage time will be shorter, and it is recommended to consume it as soon as possible to ensure the best taste and quality.
•    ✓ It is recommended to keep the cake in the freezer to maintain optimal flavor and quality.

3. Chiller Storage

•    ✓ If stored in the chiller, the refrigerator temperature should be maintained at 3–5°C.
•    ✓ Under these conditions, the cake should be consumed within 24 hours.
•    ✓ If the refrigerator is not cold enough or the temperature is unstable, the cake should be moved to the freezer for proper storage.

4. Defrosting & Serving Instructions

•    ✓ Transfer the cake from the freezer to the chiller for about 1 hour, or leave it at room temperature for 30–45 minutes to soften naturally before serving.
•    ✓ Once softened, the cake is ready to enjoy and will have the best taste and texture.

Note: Do not defrost the cake using a microwave. Do not use hot water, boiling water, or any rapid heating methods, as these may affect the texture and flavor of the product. The cake is a chilled dessert made from fresh fruit and should be thawed naturally.

5. Storage Notes

•    ✓ Even within the expiry date, prolonged storage may cause the cake to dry out, lose its characteristic durian aroma, and not taste as good as when freshly made.
•    ✓ It is recommended to consume the cake as soon as possible to fully enjoy the authentic flavor of 9 Sach durian cake.
