RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Mandatory requirements for returns/exchanges:
- 🔸A valid purchase receipt is required
- 🔸The product must be unused
- 🔸The product must include all accessories, packaging, and gifts (if any)
Products are eligible for return/exchange if:
- 🔸The product is defective due to the store
- 🔸Incorrect quantity delivered or incomplete items compared to the order
- 🔸The product does not match the model or design as ordered
Customers are responsible for providing relevant evidence to verify the issue in order to complete the return/exchange process.
Customers are eligible for exchange/refund if:
- 🔸The product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
2. Cases not eligible for return/exchange:
- 🔸The product is damaged by the customer
- 🔸Changes in product type or quantity without prior notice before delivery
- 🔸Damaged packaging or partially consumed products
- 🔸The customer has inspected and accepted the product but provides no feedback within 24 hours
Notes:
- 🔸The return/exchange policy is applicable within 2 hours from the time the order is confirmed (or upon receiving the product or placing a deposit)
- 🔸Exchanges will be processed according to the supplier’s policy
