DELIVERY POLICY
1. Delivery Methods
- Customers can purchase products directly at our store.
- Delivery via third-party shipping providers.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- ▫ Ho Chi Minh City – Express delivery: within 1 hour after the order is placed.
- ▫ Ho Chi Minh City – Inner city areas: within 1 working day (excluding holidays and public holidays).
- ▫ Other areas: 3–4 working days (excluding holidays and public holidays).
3. Geographical Limitations for Delivery
For customers in other provinces who wish to purchase in large quantities or for wholesale orders, we will arrange delivery through professional logistics providers. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the rates of the shipping companies or according to the agreement between both parties.
4. Responsibilities of Merchants and Logistics Service Providers Regarding Shipping Documents
- ▫ The delivery party is responsible for providing invoices and related documents for the goods during the delivery process.
- ▫ The delivery party has the right and responsibility to provide invoices and documents to government authorities upon request.
All orders are carefully packaged and sealed by 9sach.com.vn before shipment.
Shipping partners are responsible for transporting goods under the principle of “intact packaging and sealed condition.”
Each package includes the following information:
- ▫ Recipient information: recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address
- ▫ Shipping tracking code
To ensure the safety and legality of the shipment, 9sach.com.vn may include a financial invoice or valid warehouse release note inside the package (if applicable).
The invoice or warehouse release document serves as supporting evidence when resolving complaints, such as determining the market value of goods and confirming that the goods are legally circulated.
5. Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Transportation
Regarding shipping documentation and product condition during delivery:
If goods are damaged during transportation—whether delivered by our store or by a third-party logistics provider—we will take responsibility for resolving the issue with the customer.
Customers have the right to refuse the product and request an exchange or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy. Any related issues will be handled by us with the shipping partner to arrange compensation according to the cooperation agreement between both parties.
Note: In case of unexpected delivery delays, we will promptly inform customers. Customers may choose to cancel the order or continue waiting for delivery.
